Bonatchiesse Village

Located in a high mountain plaine in the hearth of the Protected Zone of the High Valley of Bagnes in Valais, at an altitude of 1600 meters, Bonatchiesse is a small summer village of 30 chalets.

The " Café de la Promenade" is run by Vera and Thierry Rausis. It opened at the beggining of the 50s, when the Mauvoisin Dam was buitl by the Thierry' grand mother.

Nestled in a small and beautiful alpine forest, 200 meters upstream from the village, you will find the Forêt des Mélèzes campsite.
Simple, without numbered places or public lighting but with modern and functional sanitary facilities, this place, deepin the beautiful nature, has seduced campers for 45 years.

This campsite has been nominated first prize award at the ANWB association in the Netherlands " The nicest small ( charming) campsite, category with 1682 campsites in Europe.

We can offer you a confortable night in a tipi with breakfast, in an unforgetable atmosphere.

WINTER Oppening-20 minutes walking from Fionnay- since beggining of february until beggining april.
